PARTNERSHIP

The Association plays a key role in the development of the education market, promoting the improvement of education quality and supporting educational initiatives.
We attract funding for educational projects and programs, enabling the enhancement and advancement of educational initiatives with the involvement of professional managers.

  • The years 2020–2021 marked a breakthrough in the development of the Association’s partner network. Thanks to active cooperation with business representatives, civil society organizations, and experts, we achieved the following:

    — increased the number of Association members by 150%, forming a community of 250 institutions across Ukraine;
    — established a pool of partner suppliers of goods and services for educational projects with exclusive discounts — our members saved over UAH 1 million;
    — built partnerships with food service providers, enabling more than 50 schools to optimize their operations in compliance with legislation and reduce costs by an average of UAH 50,000 each;
    — in collaboration with government authorities, secured decisions that allowed offline operations during lockdowns — with adherence to sanitary norms and safety regulations;
    — launched the Association's HR platform by engaging top HR specialists in Ukraine to support institutions in recruitment;
    — organized over 100 educational events in cooperation with psychologists, marketers, lawyers, educators, and accountants;
    — introduced legal, financial, and organizational support services, helping dozens of institutions find premises, investors, and operational solutions;
    — expanded our presence to 44 cities in Ukraine, establishing regional hubs in Lviv, Odesa, and Dnipro.

  • International grants were secured to support educational projects. Sales training programs were organized for educators operating under wartime conditions.
    Partnership with the charitable organization “IsraAID Ukraine”A grant was obtained to support mental health and psychosocial assistance initiatives.
    — Child-friendly spaces were established.— Psychologists and specialists were deployed to work in these spaces.— Over 200 trainings were conducted for teachers, caregivers, psychologists, and school administrators.— Three-day “Best Psychological Practices” forums were held in Ivano-Frankivsk.
    Thirty new members joined during the active phase of the war.
    We supported all our members — including their teachers and clients (parents) — in navigating the most difficult early stages of the war: evacuation, logistics, relocation, and rehabilitation, both in Ukraine and abroad.Later, we assisted in rebuilding their businesses and overcoming legal, accounting, HR, and financial challenges.
    We initiated a systemic dialogue with the government and achieved recognition of private education as a domestic investor, an employer, and — most importantly — a key pillar for Ukraine’s future and the future of our children.
    We launched and initiated new missions and projects, including:
    ● corporate (charter) educational institutions,the nationwide implementation of the "Money Follows the Child" program for all private preschools,a methodological center for experience-sharing and development,the Association’s own grant program for member development and training, supported by international partners,dozens of webinars and trainings,international partnerships aimed at sustaining the sector,new grant program development for private education in cooperation with the International Labour Organization (ILO).
    We hosted over a hundred meetings and events — in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, both online and offline — including engagements with Kyiv City State Administration, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, several ongoing working groups, and nearly a dozen new partnerships.
    The Association gained a fundamentally new identity and purpose. Each member recognized our impact not only through continued participation, even during times of limited financial capacity, but also by expressing tangible support.
    Most importantly, we became stronger. We unexpectedly discovered the profound value of our community for every member.We became the most effective and impactful professional community in Ukraine — even during wartime. Our members became true friends and partners to one another, launching joint projects and supporting each other — just as they once welcomed one another for educational tours before the war, they now stood together in solidarity and aid.

  • Continuation of the partnership with the charitable organization “IsraAID Ukraine”

    — Over 200 trainings were conducted for teachers, caregivers, psychologists, and educational administrators
    — Three-day forums on “Best Psychological Practices” were organized.

  • 1. Cooperation with the International Labour Organization (ILO)Support in the implementation of a project aimed at expanding women’s access to employment through the creation of affordable early childhood education institutions.
    2. Expert support for the comprehensive IT-education project "Mriya"Focused on the digitalization of educational processes.

  • Partnership with the NGO "Parents' Union" within the framework of the project “Improving Mental Health and Psychosocial Well-being of Children During Summer Holidays in Areas of High Child Concentration.”
    This initiative was implemented with the support of the Government of Japan and funded by UNESCO.

    — 202 trainers were trained in just 1.5 months
    — The program reached nearly 5,000 teachers, caregivers, psychologists, social educators, and children's group leaders
    — Within 2 months, 380 educational institutions and summer camps joined the project
    — Nearly 160,000 children gained access to the program through play-based formats aimed at improving mental health.

  • We support the Ukrainian Education Foundation (UEF), particularly the “Home” project, which provides a safe space for children affected by the war.
    Our members regularly contribute to this effort by:● donating stationery, books, clothing, and toys;● providing financial support — through personal contributions or by sharing fundraising campaigns on social media;● offering household items and physical resources that may benefit children and families in difficult life circumstances.
    While we do not organize humanitarian missions directly, we believe in the power of collective action and strive to be helpful wherever we can.
